Hey Cath - it's like bread crumbs but very very light...almost like finely crushed noodles. Which it could be..i dunno. But boy is it yummy!
I'm not reading this book but came across it a few weeks ago and finally had a chance to work it into a post. :-) I'm usually not at a loss on what to blog, but it may be good for those just starting out

Mmmmmmmm Sushi! I have recently just started working again in a part of London that is virtually "wall-to-wall" sushi places. I can't tell you how much I missed it over the past eight months whilst I was working elsewhere.
